I have firm faith that God is a healer. This won't be a long post, but I just finished reading a blog of an old friend who gave birth to a son on Feb 3rd. She knew long ago that this was going to be a difficult birth. Her son has a congenital kidney defect. Basically the doctors told her that they didn't know what would happen when Boston was born. Boston was transferred to Children's Mercy after birth, but went home 5 days ago to be with his family. While they are taking precautions and keeping an eye on his health, it's amazing that he was able to go home so soon. Several months ago, they didn't think he would survive outside of Ashley's womb. I'm exhausted, so that's all I'm going to write. God is a healer.
